Aspen Way Llamas

Newly established in 2007, Aspen Way Llamas, located near Gore Pass and the Routt/Arapaho National Forest divide, provides guided summer season day trips for families or individuals in the Gore Range area approximately 15-20 miles northwest of Kremmling, Colorado.

Explore the forest and parks in the Red Dirt, High Rock and Farnham Creek areas and allow our llamas to carry your fishing or photography gear. Along the way you will be treated to scenic vistas, lush high country meadows, mushrooms, and wildflowers galore. You may hear and see a variety of area wildlife, including elk, blue grouse and mule deer.

You will be afforded the opportunity to become acquainted with the sport of llama trekking and discover why these unique animals make great trail companions. The Aspen Way Llamas will each pack 40-60 lbs of day trip gear with ease.
